Keskne fookus ja huvi on tehisintellekti uurimine ja rakendamine avaliku sektori kodanikule suunatud teenustes: kuidas muuta teenused personaalsemaks, ennetavamaks ja kodanikule arusaadavamaks.

The central research direction is the use of AI in citizen-facing public services: how public-sector services can become more personal, proactive, trustworthy, and understandable.
